The brief was to convert and extend a typical 1950´s style house into a small, executive hotel comprising ten luxury en suite bedrooms. The house sits in mature planted grounds in a quiet suburb of Harare about fifteen minutes outside the city centre. The essentially 50´s style has been maintained and respected with the one original, semi-circular facade mirrored in the extended wings to create private balconies to some of the rooms. Access to most of the rooms is from a new covered walkway at ground and first floor level.
